Let me start by taking my hats off to you guys for what i think is an excellent product that will help cut down on HR costs, and also increase overall efficiency. I have been in the service industry for more than a decade, and can see the synergies your product has with many processes and customer contact areas. I would like to use this product in a live environment, to see where the synergies can be further evolved.
